Job Description

Report to the Senior Manager, TA based in Singapore HQ, the incumbent is one of the key personnel under the HR function. To support the rapid business growth, the incumbent must be able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment. He / She will provide sound advice to the senior management on all related subjects and ensure overall goals are met and aligned with business needs and objectives. You'll assist the Senior Manager, TA in overseeing planning, developing, and implementing Talent Acquisition strategy for the group, covering several diverse business arms internationally. The TA Manager?s responsibilities include taking lead in hiring planning, recruitment activities and tailoring onboarding orientation and induction programs. To be successful in this role, you should have creative, out of the box thinking ability, good knowledge of international labour legislation, resourceful and hands on. Responsibilities and Dutie : Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process ? Review, propose, enhance, and execute hiring initiatives, recruitment policy, work processes, workflow, hiring plans, induction programs (orientations) etc. ? Tap market intelligence, local knowledge and the techniques and tools that make the screening and hiring process robust. ? Attract diverse and qualified talent prospects from across the region for current and future needs. ? Participate and contribute to employment branding initiatives. ? Ensure offer of salaries and benefits comply with pay equity internally and externally. ? Review, update and maintain job descriptions database. ? Serve as the point of contact for all hiring status internationally. ? Take charge of pre-onboarding administrative and preparation works including induction programs for new joiners ? Design and execute periodic / monthly reports for management, as necessary or when requested, to track hiring goals and accomplishments. ? Facilitating recruitment meetings with overseas TA personnel, ensuring hiring status are up to date. ? Provide support to overseas counterparts on recruiting needs. ? Any other ad-hoc activities or projects tasked by the TA Manager. Qualification & Requirement:- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management or equivalent. ? Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity and exposed to international hiring and its related matters ? Prior experience from a related industry (such as Manufacturing or FMCG) will be advantageous.
