The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur\xe2\x80\x99s endless skyline. In addition to operational exposure and training, MITs will be exposed to valuable management experiences, project work, a buddy and mentor, as well as feedback throughout the program.The Manager in Training (MIT) - Finance is an essential member of the Finance Division\xe2\x80\x99s leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.What You Will DoYou will be exposed to different departments through quick hotel-wide rotations.Start in-depth departmental learning by mastering key line position(s), then move into a Supervisor or acting Assistant Manager role to practice management skills.To solidify your learning, you will take charge of your management experience and project work with the tools (e.g. Training Syllabus, Manuals and Experience Maps etc.) provided.What You Bring

• Preferably with a degree in Hospitality Management or its equivalent
• Potential to lead and motivate others
• Curiosity and interest in the luxury market
• Go-getter, assertive, creates own opportunities
• Previous experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) will be an advantage

Schedule & HoursThis position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.Note: Opportunity is opened to Malaysian only.
