Job Summary:



The Manager, Integrated Communications, will lead the strategic direction and execution of integrated communication campaigns for high-profile clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the communications landscape, including PR, digital marketing, influencer engagement, and media relations. The Manager will oversee a team of communications professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of multi-channel marketing solutions that drive brand visibility and business results. As a key member of the leadership team, the Manager will also be responsible for cultivating client relationships and driving new business development.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategic Leadership & Planning:



- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with client business objectives and elevate brand reputation.

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across PR, digital, social media, and influencer marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with senior management and clients to define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics.

2. Client Management & Business Development:



- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

- Identify opportunities for client growth and lead the development of new business proposals and pitches.

- Maintain and expand client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership & Development:



- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

- Provide guidance and oversight on campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.

4. Media & Influencer Relations:



- Oversee the development and execution of media and influencer strategies, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and influencers, securing high-impact coverage and partnerships.

- Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms, leveraging new opportunities to enhance media and influencer engagement.

5. Digital & Social Media Strategy:



- Lead the development of innovative digital and social media strategies that drive audience engagement and achieve campaign goals.

- Oversee the integration of digital tactics with traditional PR efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach across all communication channels.

- Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.

6. Reporting & Analysis:



- Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key outcomes and strategic insights.

- Use data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and inform ongoing campaign optimization.

Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience in integrated communications, PR, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns and managing high-profile client accounts.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering talent and driving team performance.

- Deep understanding of the media landscape, including strong relationships with key media and influencers.

- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to travel and work beyond standard office hours as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
