To support the Head of Investment and/or Head of Fund Management in evaluating, structuring, executing and managing investments (including joint ventures, asset acquisitions & divestments, fund investments and co-investments)
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage origination activities, including sourcing potential investment opportunities, developing relationships with partners and expanding SD Property\'s investor base.
Lead and manage M&A / Joint Ventures / Strategic Partnership opportunities to deliver inorganic growth for SD Property.
Responsible for building and/or reviewing financial models and financial analysis, including overseeing the implementation of best practices and providing guidance to Executives / Senior Executives.
Preparation of approval papers for investment proposals, including market research, deal structuring, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment.

Execution and management of investment deals, including conducting appropriate due diligence.
Monitoring of investment performance and ensuring compliance with SD Property\'s investment standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring of market trends and risks.
Leading a team of executives/senior executives, mentoring and coaching junior staff members and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Education/Professional Qualification
Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent
Receipt of a professional certification in Real Estate, Accounting or Finance is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Financial Modelling
Professional Experience
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and investments with a preference for real estate investment management background
