POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYTo manage IT airport application support and maintenance services for systems implemented throughout the MAHB group to meet high-level serviceability and continuous enhancement.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Strong in system and software design, development and testing methodologies.
• Substantial knowledge and exposure to ITIL and SDLC Frameworks.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and coaching on solutions design, platforms, programming languages, and coding.
• Develop and implement support strategy to optimise, digitalise and improve operations efficiency.
• To provide effective communication to management and stakeholders of airport applications, including projects, risks, issues and mitigations
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting airport applications, cybersecurity enhancements, expansion, and integrations.
• Ensure efficient incident, problem, change management, and request fulfilment to meet the operations SLA.
• Analyse and implement the proactive operations support and monitoring and increase the maturity level
• Ensure high quality of deliverables and services through close cooperation between the project manager, contractors, and business users.
• Ensure the growth in subordinates\' personnel skills and competencies.
• Responsible for unit budget (CAPEX and OPEX) management.
• Any approved deliverables assigned by MAHB IT Division top management that can impact the MAHB businesses.

Key Challenges

• Proactive monitoring and optimisation to ensure the systems are serviceable without impacting the business.
• Developing new ideas for management reporting and presentations.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in airport operations, project management, stakeholder management, business analysis, requirement engineering, effective communication plan and system support and maintenance skills to translate the business case into the system requirement and vice-versa for system improvement.
• Managing onsite and remote operations across MAHB and its subsidiaries.

Relevant IndustriesINTERNALDegree holder with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Senior Executive Role, ORDiploma holder with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Senior Executive Role, ORCertificate holder with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Senior Executive RoleMust achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at leastExceptional / A or Outstanding / B; andMinimum Meet Expectations / CThe employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotionRelevant IndustriesEXTERNAL

• Degree with minimum 5 years relevant wotking experience.

EducationEXTERNAL

• Degree preferably with specialization in IT
• Experience in Airport Systems Management would be an added advantage.
