JOB STATEMENT To Develop, Manage all aspects of the e-MSPO system. The IT Analyst it to work with the vendor through the development to continue to maintain the system, debug and update the system as requirement by MPOCC without the reliance of the vendor and to be able to build the analytics engine for the e-MSPO system. JOB SCOPE To be able to Lead the team in achieving the common software development and IT infrastructure goal. Developing and managing the software applications as per the requirements. Directing software programming, project management and documentation development and system testing and validation procedures. Working with stakeholders to understand the system requirements and propose or develop solutions to address the issues or development requirements. Designing and developing software systems using scientific analysis and framework models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences. Development of technical specifications and plans. Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents. Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges. Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry and multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Able to develop and manage analytics reports and dashboards. Requirements 5 Years working experience software development, analytics modelling and management. Bachelors or Masters degree in software engineering or related field. Knowledge in analytical engines (Tableau, Power BI/ Big Data, SAP). Proficiency in popular coding languages including PHP, ASP, Python, Java and C# and frameworks or systems such as AngularJS and Git. And experience with databases including MYSQL, MS SQL. Full-stack developer and understand concepts of software Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle. Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks. Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies. Project Management Skills. Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
