Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive commercial growth and increase brand visibility and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, menu development, finance, supply chain, and brand communications, to develop marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. Support pricing and menu development efforts to optimize profitability and enhance customer value propositions, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights. Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and partnerships to drive traffic, increase transactions, and boost sales across multiple channels. Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and potential threats, guiding strategic decision-making. Analyze performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization. Lead and mentor the team by providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs and campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience 4 - 5 years in marketing management roles, preferably within the hospitality or food industry, with a focus on driving commercial growth. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve campaign and business goals. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
