Management Level Manager

You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC\xe2\x80\x99s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Marketing and Public Relations team is responsible for PwC\xe2\x80\x99s external media relations and social media strategy. As part of our team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help with social media account management, media relationship management, and identifying new and emerging opportunities for the Firm.

What you\'ll do:

Lead PwC Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s Events and Brand team. In this capacity, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee the organising of key events for the firm, as well as the firm\xe2\x80\x99s brand strategy and governance.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Developing concepts for both virtual and physical events, and executing them from end to end.

Developing content for email campaigns and other marketing materials.

Drafting internal and external comms, and managing internal and external stakeholders.

Assessing sponsorships, speaking engagements, and opportunities for collaboration.

Ensuring our brand guidelines are adhered to, so it remains cohesive and consistent, always.

Managing selected portfolios related to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s priorities.

Coaching and developing team members, inspiring them to perform their best.

As a Manager, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills

Minimum experience of 6-8 years in a marketing/advertising/public relations/brand role. Experience leading a team preferred.

Experience in organising corporate events (virtual/physical/hybrid). Experience writing thought leadership publications will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written command of English.

Excellent communication and presentation skills - Candidate must be able to speak confidently to senior employees in the firm.

A keen eye for detail, and exceptional project management skills.

Hands-on, self-driven, independent, reliable, tech-savvy, able to work well in a team.

Must be agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or a Professional Degree.
