Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Sales Management

Develop and implement B2B marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability. Identify and build relationships with key industrial buyers, refiners, traders, and strategic partners. Monitor market trends, demand-supply data, and pricing to recommend optimal selling strategies. Collaborate with mill operations and logistics teams to plan product availability and timely delivery.

Business Development & Client Relations

Drive new business opportunities and manage existing client portfolios. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct regular market intelligence, competitor benchmarking

and industry analysis. Provide insights on market dynamics, pricing trends, and buyer behaviour. Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analysis for management review.

Marketing Communications & Branding

Develop marketing materials, presentations, and product profiles for B2B engagement. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand image and business goals.

Administration & Compliance

Oversee all sales and marketing documentation required for audits and compliance. Work closely with finance and operations on invoicing, documentation, and delivery schedules. Manage departmental budget and ensure cost-effective marketing operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or industrial sales, preferably in palm oil or agri-commodities. Strong understanding of palm oil supply chain, pricing mechanisms, and market trends. Proven ability in business development, negotiation, and client management. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.
