Responsible for equipping sales team with relevant products knowledge, disease and treatment management/guidelines .
To provide update on disease and clinical update of pharmaceutical products assigned through continuous medical education (CME) to health care professionals.
To engage with KOLs on advisory board meeting, discussion on CME slides deck and chairing of CME talks whenever neededT.
o ensure all the medical activities and materials are in compliance to PhAMA and DKSH code of conduct.
General Responsibilities
Conduct training for new joiners and regular clinical update to sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with product knowledge
Provides medical input to marketing in promotional material development and other commercial and marketing initiatives to ensure compliance with PhAMA and DKSH code of conduct
Review and approve marketing materials to ensure claims are supported with relevant up-to-date studies, proper referencing and
Medical engagement with external KOLs to gather insights, treatment update as well as discussion on CME contents, review of slides deck to ensure no off-label promotion
Develop medical slides deck for sales team with up-to-date information
Point of contact for medical queries and managing relevant quality and product complaint collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g. other functions QA, RA, PV, commercial team, etc.)
Conducts medical/marketing activities that increase capabilities of internal sales force (e.g. journal clubs), conduct products quizzes on specified timeline
To collaborate with compliance team to ensure external requirements are adhere to and risk assessment and mitigation plan.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
Education
Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum three to five years\' experience in a similar role
Minimum two to three years\' experience in a managerial capacity
