A huge medical group is looking for a Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions (Corporate Finance) to be based in PJ. Your new company They are a huge medical group covering 100+ clinics, dental, eye centres and physio across Malaysia. They are rapidly expanding and now looking for an exceptional candidate to join as their new Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions (Corporate Finance). Your new role Preparation of detailed financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, structuring, industry research and strategic evaluation of M&A projects, new business ventures and other growth initiatives. (MUST HAVE) Involve in investment due diligence, and deal execution (from inception to conclusion) for various acquisition projects. Involve in project management, investment memo drafting and preparation for M&A exercise, new business venture or special projects. Regular monitoring and review on the performance of M&A projects and other growth initiatives. Oversee negotiations and coordination with various banker, external solicitors, investor, potential investor and other external stakeholders where close relationship were built and maintained. Liaising with shareholders and other external stakeholders. What you\'ll need to succeed Open to work on alternate Saturday (half day until 1230pm), which is equivalent to 1 full Saturday in a month. Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking/ Actuarial Science/ Economics/Law or equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum 7 years\' of corporate finance experience, M&A advisory, audit, capital market/investment banking. (MUST HAVE) Experience in financial management, group consolidation, financial modelling and business valuation are an added advantage. Knowledge on healthcare industry structures and trends is an added advantage. Strong numerical skills and strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Possess strong interpersonal skills, a result-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
