Job Summary:
The Credit Administration Mortgage (Project Management) Manager role involves digitalization of all Mortgage Credit Administration processes, strategic planning/actions for Mortgage Credit Administration digital journey and analyze / execute any cost initiatives within Mortgage Credit Administration operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan manage and ensure execution of system enhancement & automation projects within timeline
- Leads and/or contributes to continuous business process improvement efforts to help streamline and standardize workflow, communication and resources efficiencies
- Establish and propose changes in policies, operation procedures and controls for mortgage credit administration operations
- Conduct periodic review and update department\'s policies and SOP in the line with changes in regulatory & operational requirements
- Provide advice and guidance to Mortgage Center staff on policies SOP in line with changes in regulatory & operational requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Law, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results
- Proactive display of self initiative, independent and good analytical skills.
