Supervise & lead team members to achieve KPI in productivity.
To motivate, coach and inspire team members to maintain and improve the system operations.
To ensure all team members understand and adherence to company policies and procedures.
To provide support on network administration, hardware/software installation, maintenance & implementation of PCs, servers, SAN/NAS storage, LAN/WAN/VPN network infrastructure and upkeep of Data Centres.
Responsible on providing resolution of network outages, incident management, customer consulting, vendor management, operational delivery, solution design, data centre and network capacity planning.
Monitor PCs, Network, Data Centres and LAN/WAN/VPN securities, system resources (such as CPU, RAM, disk space, Telco lines, server racks, Data Centre humidity and temperature) and performance using Monitoring tools
Support and train users on IS/IT tools.
Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to-date.
Attend and solve user problem (IR, HSR, UAR and etc).
Involved in departmental project.
Liaise with vendor on any PCs hardware/software, network LAN/WAN/VPN troubleshooting, Infrastructure support, availability of data centre facilities and problem solving.
Second level support for all systems, LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity and SAN/NAS storage.
Ensure all AEON\xe2\x80\x99s information assets confidentiality, integrity and availability are protected
Ensure periodic backup on PCs policies, Network and Infrastructure equipment configuration, verify backup and recovery procedures from time to time and ensuring cleanliness of data centre facilities.
Requirements:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Preferable at least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in managing a team of resources is essential.
Knowledge in Data Centre Operations
Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows architecture & environment-client/server Familiar with CISCO router, switches & firewall configuration, knowledge in LAN/WAN/VPN setup in large organization.
Good knowledge in TCP/IP application, system integration & security such as DHCP, DNS, SMTP, Firewall and FTP etc
