: Cross company collaboration on nationwide after-sales network planning. Perform analysis and prepare proposals on after-sales network for branches and dealers. Align and keep stakeholders updated on the progress and changes in network planning if any. Initiate the appointment and setup of new dealership as per principal\'s requirements which include corporate image, facilities and processes. Coordinate and monitor the handover of Tan Chong branch to dealer project if any. Account manager for all after-sales dealership related matters including preparation of agreement. Customize and implement processes among dealers in tandem with principal\'s standards. Cross functional liaison to ensure dealers\' compliance (legal, warranty and process). Window person for dealership issues and support. Monitor dealers\' performance on monthly basis and perform quarterly review. Agreement management and arrange for renewal to ensure agreement validity. Ad-hoc tasks requested by superior. Requirement: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any relevant field Have at least 5 years of working experience in the relevant field Computer liberate Good interpersonal & communication skills Willing to work in Jalan Ipoh
