Job Description

Our subsidiary company, OneTranzact Sdn Bhd is now working on Money Lending business under Kementerian Perumahan & Kerajaan Tempatan. Role and Responsibilities

• Review credit analysis on all financing applications prepared by credit analyst for all customer\xe2\x80\x99s financing applications and ensure each credit analysis prepared is thorough.
• Ensure credit approval is as per the credit policy and procedures of the company.
• Monitor delinquent and past due accounts and constantly do follow up with customers whilst ensuring low default rate of financing portfolio.
• Review credit risk of new applications and existing customers.
• Recommend credit limit of new applications and ensure all risks are mitigated.
• Perform face-to-face and phone verification of all applications and ensure documents submitted are complete and information provided is accurate.
• Conduct site visits when necessary.
• Conduct regular meeting with sales and business development on credit related issues and to formulate procedures for credit control.
• Prepare proposals and establish collaborations to grow financing business with corporations, agencies and establishments.
• Ensure customer filing, information and activities are up to date.
• In charge of credit management and administration.
• Ensure all collateral values are up to date.
• To assist in enhancing credit policy & procedures, credit control, risk management & mitigations etc.
• To ensure all applications are treated in a confidential manner.
• Lead, manage and motivate staff
• Manage online platforms, propose enhancements and monitor development
• To perform all duties assigned including ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Degree in Business/Finance/Economics.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Conventional credit and Shariah Compliant Financing (preferably experience obtained from banking industry, cooperative, licensed money lender, credit company or other related industries).
• CCE certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word.
• Familiar with credit platform and workflow.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluency in Chinese language is an added advantage.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses strong analytical skill, being thorough and attentive to details.
• Positive attitude, energetics and able to communicate with customers.
• People management and negotiation skills.

Location: Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
