In your new role you will:

• Responsible & accountable for overall OP site people engagement approach, framework and activities that supports company culture,branding and values.
• Actively encourage & cultivate people interaction between leadership team and the next levels in driving a vibrant, growing and thriving culture.
• Cultivate team bonding and promote togetherness in the organization viasocial networking activities in the organization and based on theorganization needs.
• Establish enablers to drive people engagement & involvement in theorganization.
• Develop meaningful people engagement and involvement framework & approach in connecting people, building relationships(camaraderie) while expanding network that supports their job role andteam, inline with organizational health strategy.
• Plan overall organization strategy & approach to drive peopleengagement and proactively drive overall Operation events
• Lead & strategize Quality Dialogue quarterly to have an effective information cascading across the Operations exempts level.

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations / Communication / Manufacturing /Engineering or any relevant qualification
• Minimal 8 years working experience in the field of communication /public relations / electronics / electrical industry, preferably withknowledge in Back-End Semiconductor processes
• Good people and communication skills to drive people engagementinitiatives at all levels
• Good planning skills and able to prioritize issues to address urgencylevel and execution
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and People Management Skills
• Be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships withinternal and external customers
• Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, andPowerPoint. Video editing know how will be an added advantage
