Establish enablers to drive people engagement & involvement in theorganization. Develop meaningful people engagement and involvement framework & approach in connecting people, building relationships(camaraderie) while expanding network that supports their job role andteam, inline with organizational health strategy. Plan overall organization strategy & approach to drive peopleengagement and proactively drive overall Operation events Lead & strategize Quality Dialogue quarterly to have an effective information cascading across the Operations exempts level. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations / Communication / Manufacturing /Engineering or any relevant qualification Minimal 8 years working experience in the field of communication /public relations / electronics / electrical industry, preferably withknowledge in Back-End Semiconductor processes Good people and communication skills to drive people engagementinitiatives at all levels Good planning skills and able to prioritize issues to address urgencylevel and execution Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and People Management Skills Be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships withinternal and external customers Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, andPowerPoint.
