KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Governance & Frameworks * Support the Test Lead in rolling out testing standards and frameworks across projects.

  • Provide templates, training, and coaching to Ops users to enable effective UAT execution.
  • Review and perform quality checks on test documentation (test cases, scripts, defect logs) for large/critical projects.
  • Monitor compliance with testing policies and highlight deviations for corrective actions.
Operational Delivery * Prepare and maintain test templates, reusable packs, and scenario libraries.
  • Support test planning activities with Project Managers and Domain Leads.
  • Track progress of testing execution and highlight risks/issues to the Testing Lead.
User Enablement * Prepare and maintain test templates, reusable packs, and scenario libraries.
  • Support test planning activities with Project Managers and Domain Leads.
  • Track progress of testing execution and highlight risks/issues to the Testing Lead.
Quality Assurance * Confirm that pre-requisite testing (unit, integration) has been conducted before UAT begins.
  • Monitor compliance with entry/exit criteria during execution.
Continuous Improvement & BAU * Capture lessons learned from each initiative to strengthen frameworks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
  • Support BAU change requests and BU-driven initiatives beyond Transformation.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Technical/Functional Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tool (i.e MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Familiarity with UAT processes, defect management tools, and test scripting.
  • Solid understanding of testing processes and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to perform QC of test scripts and results.
Non-Technical Skills
  • Ability to coach non-technical users and prepare clear documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage execution tracking across multiple initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and process compliance.
  • Good communication and training skills to enable non-technical Ops testers.
Analytical mindset to track, report, and escalate testing issues effectively.
