About the job Manager, Organizational DevelopmentPurpose of Position:\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfThe purpose of this position is to develop and implement organization-wide development programmes for employees with the objective to build the company\'s capabilities towards becoming the industry leader in sustainable palm oil industry and to promote an engaged workforce through effective L&D, employee engagement and talent management initiatives.\xef\xbb\xbfJob Responsibilities:\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfLearning & Development (L&D)

  • Manage organizational development in planning, developing, implementing and
administering impactful learning & development programs for employees based on training needs analysis * Explore and propose other learning & development strategies, systems or tools to be implemented that are beneficial for employees career developmentTalent Management & Succession Planning
  • Align with the authorized consultant to conduct talent review (profiling, assessment etc.) on leadership team and high potential talents (HiPOs) and recommend areas for development
  • Follow through on individual development plan for HiPOs to build internal talent pool ready for career advancement within the company
Employee Engagement
  • Plan, propose and implement regular social activities to build networking among employees and promote a fun and inclusive work environment
  • Prepare quarterly HR Newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged on latest people initiatives
\xef\xbb\xbfPerformance Management System
  • Facilitate annual KPI setting for all employees, including but not limited to the guideline, time frame, approval and communication.
  • Manage annual performance management system and closely work with the vendor who
maintains the system * Facilitate and organize performance evaluation at financial year-end including but not limited to the evaluation guide line, rating, calibration and approval, and ensure all theprocesses are in line with the time frame accordingly.Other Duties
  • Act as project manager for the implementation of OD initiatives with external consultants for administrative matters such as preparing terms of reference (TOR), procurement and payment
  • Propose continuous improvement in current career development practices and processes
  • Apart from the duties stated above, to perform any duty or duties reasonably assigned.
\xef\xbb\xbfJob Requirements:
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfMinimum degree in human resources, psychology or equivalent
  • Master\'s holder will have an added advantage
  • 5 -10 years of experience in the related field
  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfFundamental HR knowledge in learning & development, talent management and employee engagement
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and Google Workspace platform
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage
