Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Manager having experience in managing people transformation, projects, agile workplaces and processes with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and working with our business teams to adapt to new ways of working, implement organizational changes, and create and maintain avenues to monitor progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of transformation-related information to all levels of the organization. This includes crafting clear, concise, and engaging messages for various communication channels pertaining to new and agile ways of working.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees, to facilitate buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and work with the Learning and Development team, COE Team to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills required for new ways of working.
Change Metrics and Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Employee Engagement: Monitor employee feedback and sentiment related to transformation efforts. Develop strategies to address concerns and boost morale during times of change.
Policy and Process Alignment: Collaborate with internal People Teams like COE and department leaders to ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures align with the evolving needs of the organization.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all transformation activities are in compliance with legal requirements.
Business Partnerning: Liase with business teams as in when needed to drive the talent strategy and agenda in collaboration with the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
Proven experience in HR, Change Management, or Transformation roles.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of best practices in change management and experience in implementing change management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
