WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Support the Compliance function at the In-scope Entities on the monitoring of the personal dealing activities by Access Persons and their Associated Persons in accordance with the applicable requirements to appropriately manage any actual or perceived conflicts of interest arising from such activities.
• Support the Compliance function at the In-scope Entities on Investment Compliance Monitoring and Assurance activities.

• Review account statements received from the Access Persons and their Associated Persons at the In-scope Entities to ensure that the transactions contained in such statements comply with the requirements under the internal Investment Standard on Personal Dealing as well as the corresponding local policies and procedures of the In-scope Entities (collectively, the \xe2\x80\x9cPersonal Dealing Requirements\xe2\x80\x9d). Examples of such work include reviewing the broker confirms and monthly statements received to identify executed trades and compare them against PTA records and/or Bloomberg data to ensure that:

• Access Persons and their Associated Persons had obtained pre-clearance approval prior to execution of trades;
• Denied pre-clearance request did not result in execution of trades;
• Post-clearance (broker confirm) has been entered into Protegent PTA on timely basis;
• Trades are executed within the approval period;
• The quantity (# of shares) of executed trades did not exceed the approval quantity;
• Access Persons and their Associated Persons did not engage in short sale.

• Proactively follow up with the In-scope Persons at the In-scope Entities in respect of their acknowledgement, disclosure and/or certification obligations in accordance with the Personal Dealing Requirements.

• Perform, or support, the role of the Protegent PTA system administrator for the In-scope Entities.

• Update the list of covered securities and/or derivatives as well as the Blackout List maintained within Protegent PTA as and when appropriate.

• Proactively follow up with the external vendor of Protegent PTA on system updates.

• To facilitate the consultation of Local Business Unit\xe2\x80\x99s (LBU) annual Investment Compliance Plan with Group Investment Compliance. LBU\xe2\x80\x99s Investment Compliance function would be responsible for submitting the proposed plan to their local Investment Committee for approval.

• To perform or carry out monitoring and assurance activities of In scope entities based on the annual Investment Compliance Plan.

• To ensure all monitoring activities performed are documented and supported.

• Provide regular and/or ad hoc reports on key risk indicators associated with the personal dealing and monitoring and assurance activities at the In-scope Entities.

• To be involved in any projects from time to time, for example ESG related initiatives.

• Comply, and demonstrate strict compliance, with all the applicable requirements on data security, including those set out in the AIA Code of Conduct the AIA Group Data Privacy Compliance Policy.

• To support any other Investment Compliance activities from time to time
