Job Description
If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us : To review, recommend & approve credit requests & products evaluation for Personal Loan To maintain good booking quality measured through IL/NCL rates To ensure effective & efficient decision making of loan application within the required TAT while adhering to existing credit underwriting guidelines and policies To monitor portfolio exposure & formulate actions or measures to mitigate the risks identified To ensure compliance to all laid down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, practices and code of conduct imposed by the bank To review Suspicious Transactions Report To report to Management on portfolio performance in terms of credit risks Manage, Lead and coach credit & operations officers to achieve their job objectives Perform applications review and feedback to credit officers to improve process efficiency, booking quality and compliance adherence.
