:
- To review, recommend & approve credit requests & products evaluation for Personal Loan
- To maintain good booking quality measured through IL/NCL rates
- To ensure effective & efficient decision making of loan application within the required TAT while adhering to existing credit underwriting guidelines and policies
- To monitor portfolio exposure & formulate actions or measures to mitigate the risks identified
- To ensure compliance to all laid down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, practices and code of conduct imposed by the bank
- To review Suspicious Transactions Report
- To report to Management on portfolio performance in terms of credit risks
- Manage, Lead and coach credit & operations officers to achieve their job objectives
- Perform applications review and feedback to credit officers to improve process efficiency, booking quality and compliance adherence.
