Location Scouting: Identify and evaluate potential new location, considering factors such as demographics, foot traffic, competition, and market trends
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to determine the demand for our products and assess the competitive landscape in target areas.
Negotiation: Negotiate lease and purchase agreements, securing favourable terms and conditions that align with the company's goals and budget
Financial Analysis: Develop financial projections and assess the feasibility of new locations, ensuring they meet profitability and return on investment criteria
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and landlords to facilitate smooth transactions and future opportunities.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits and property inspections to assess suitability, condition, and potential renovations required for new locations
Project Management: Oversee the development and build-out of new restaurant locations, ensuring they meet brand standards and timelines
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to HOD on the progress of real estate activities, renovation progress and market insights
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in business or any related discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in managing Real Estate and Leasing preferably in the retail/food & beverage industry
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Sound knowledge in project management and construction
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Strong organizational skill and able to work in fast-paced environment - ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize work
Travel is required
