  • Customer to Lead Process:
  • Establish the \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer-to-Lead\xe2\x80\x9d marketing processes in the region including standardization and optimization of existing approaches.
  • Standardize, evaluate, and integrate necessary technological platforms for the marketing processes together with global commercial excellence team.
  • Implement the B. Braun Product and Marketing Information Management (PIM) including respective processes and technologies and ensure content quality in close collaboration with local coordinators.
  • Define and implement marketing data standards, platforms, and guidelines for the marketing \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer-to-Lead\xe2\x80\x9d processes.
  • Define marketing analytics & advertising standards and implementation of suitable solutions in collaboration with local, regional and global stakeholder (e.g. Regional Customer Relation Management (CRM)).
  • Ensure data quality and integrity for the marketing \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer-to-Lead\xe2\x80\x9d processes.
  • Develop suitable guidelines for the use of marketing technologies and data in alignment with global commercial excellence team.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy / data protection requirements, guidelines, and regulations for the marketing processes.
  • Coordinate the regional network of local Digital Marketing Experts
  • Regional digital marketing and sales tool portfolio including support of local implementations:
  • Identify and define requirements for new digital sales tools in collaboration with local organizations, regional marketing and sales and global commercial excellence.
  • Plan and manage project costs and regular expense reporting.
  • Coordinate realization of projects in collaboration with internal functions and external service providers.
  • Coordinate regional lifecycle management of improvement process based on collection and assessment of feedback and changes in requirements.
  • Align content structures and respective database structures with relevant stakeholder (e.g. marketing and sales, IT, global commercial excellence).
  • Support system roll out in the region in coordination with respective stakeholders (e.g. IT).
  • Adapt global trainings and education material and methods to regional requirements and training and implementation support to the local organizations.
  • Define and establish regional processes in alignment with global commercial excellence team.
  • Evaluate ongoing process of quality and results for implementations and usage of digital processes / systems.
  • Actively identify trends and new technical possibilities resulting in recommendations for new processes and systems.
  • Assess user behavior data and prepare recommendations.
  • Establish systems to measure sales process efficiency improvements via digital sales tools in close alignment with respective stakeholder such as the regional CRM.
Professional competencies
  • At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant field.
  • Must have 3 years working experience in digital marketing (company or agency).
  • Must have experience in Social Media Selling.
  • Must have experience in management of larger digital marketing campaigns.
  • Must have experience with marketing automatization / sales enablement platforms.
  • Must have experience in Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in coordination of content management system is preferred.
  • Experience in SEO, web influencing is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare industry environment is preferred.
