As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Risk Management for the company by the development of a Risk Register.
• Review the risk indicators provided by the risk owners and update the risk registers
• Coordinate, communicate and educate Functional Stakeholders of requirements accordingly. Identify, review and develop appropriate mitigation actions with timeframes.
• Implement and communicate a risk control framework for the company.
• Ensure all organizational projects have a Risk Map framework as part of the applicable business case.
• Lead and establish a yearly BCM framework across the group of companies to plan for key risk scenarios.
• Coordinate the testing, updates and communication of plans across the organization, whilst ensuring proper controls and documentation are in place.

The ideal Manager, Risk Management will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in qualification preferably in Finance
• Risk Management certification is preferable.
• Possess minimum 5-6 years working experience in Risk Management
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Technically competent in Risk Management tools and methods, visualization tools and technology
• Risk Management background, with emphasis on remediation, stakeholder engagement and influence
