About the Role The objective of the Manager Software Compliance and Governance is to Govern the Group wide and LBUs software compliance .And management of the Group-wide Group Software Licensing Management function, owning and managing AIA\xe2\x80\x99s IT licensing management processes and accuracy while mapping usage and reporting to AIA\xe2\x80\x99s software and licensing models.

This role will work closely with LBU CTOs and Business Leaders to enable AIA\xe2\x80\x99s business to achieve its goals through the adoption and operation of world class GSAM processes. The role requires a deep understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (\xe2\x80\x9cITIL\xe2\x80\x9d) process design and implementation with a track record of building and maturing enterprise-wide GSAM programs.

The role holder must be experienced in understanding and translating licensing models to IT usage patterns and manage compliance through an audit and analysis-based mindset.

The holder of the role will have budgetary responsibility for all tool selection, implementation as well as Team build up and out in AIA\xe2\x80\x99s share services location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

In collaboration with LBU CTO\xe2\x80\x99s and IT leadership across AIA\xe2\x80\x99s business, lead the development of a roadmap for Group Software Licensing Management transformation and strategy for 3 years, aligning closely with Technology, Digital and Analytics and corporate strategic goals and be accountable for delivering against the agreed plan.

Full responsibility for strategic management of AIA Group Enterprise IT licensing agreements and compliance.

Lead, coach, mentor and develop a diverse and highly efficient team to deliver world-class outcomes for AIA in each area of Technology. Provide guidance and learning to peers across IT across Asia-Pacific.

Work with the closely with Group CISO to ensure security and regulatory compliance for all deployed services and solutions to ensure AIA is fully protected and technology is properly controlled.

Operational license management working with all Group Vendor Partners and major license contracts e.g., Oracle, SAP.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Experience:

8-10 years relevant experience in managing large enterprise group software licensing management functions,

Demonstrable experience in working at EXCO / C-Level to drive technology initiatives and provide guidance / expertise / advice.

Excellent understanding and proven experience in ITSM implementation in a multi-site environment.

Proven experience plus qualification in ITIL.

Practical experience of Leading and transforming a complex mixed in / outsourced technology teams within a large enterprise environment.

Experience of leading and process transformation in a decentralised organisation, preferably within a Group / Regional Office where delivery is through influence rather than direct control.

Sound understanding of IT operating model design and best practices.

Certification, ITIL, COBIT, Sigma and Prince or other.

Ability to adjust to multiple and changing priorities, remaining flexible, open, and collaborative.

Ability to create and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
