Job Description

:

: * Lead annual portfolio stock take and valuation, conduct assessment in terms of meeting business portfolio\'s objective; and trigger any portfolio gaps, potential issues / areas for steer and actions in context of Business Blueprint and Desired Portfolio.

• Lead and drive the development of portfolio scenarios and options for initiatives to test robustness of portfolio mix to achieve business\' targets and strategies, and ensure integrated value-chain perspective and information is considered and synthesized to facilitate Approving Authority\'s decision making.
• Lead portfolio review study including prioritization portfolio of assets (POA) and/ or portfolio of initiatives (POI) to ensure its robustness and alignment with strategic direction.
• Shape and lead the optimisation exercise based on capital allocation in order to align with business strategies, quantifies value-added projects, balancing projects within limitation and imputing focus on portfolio.
• Lead and drive strategic internal and external analysis of business portfolio and analytics activities including benchmarking, to identify area of growth, value creation, synergy opportunities, business optimization and standardization; in formulating business strategies, business and service portfolio positioning for dissemination to management, in order to provide current state of divisional portfolio for tactical and strategic decision making, in line with the company\'s strategy.

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or any related disciplines.

Requirement:

• Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Energy or relevant industries.
