Job Description
- Strategy role, with opportunity to be involved in execution
- Established MNC with both progress and stability
- Strategy planning, formulation and execution
- Communication to all stakeholders involved include assuming the role of business partner and advisor in ensuring strategy is aligned with the overall group, regional, country and also business divisions respectively
- Project management to ensure successful execution of the strategy
- Stakeholder management and mobilisation (both internally and externally)
- Project portfolio would also include delivery of Key Sustainability initiatives inline with core purpose
- Support change management of initiatives with end to end accountability
- Act as a bridge between board, senior management and stakeholders across different functions and levels
- Recognised degree from an accredited university
- Professional certifications or MBA will be a bonus but not compulsory
- Cumulative experience of 6-9 years with a reputable management consulting and operations management. Banding and salary will be accorded in line with overall experience level.
- Corporate strategy or project management experience in corporate set up or start ups are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills
- Opportunity to join top MNC in a regional role (10% travel)
- Remuneration negotiable depending on overall experience and seniority
