Manager/Senior Manager, Strategy and Planning - Growth

About the Role

The Strategy and Planning Manager/ Senior Manager will combine broad strategic and deep analytical skill sets, to help foodpanda formulate strategies to establish a leadership position across our markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, sourcing and working with internal, external and alternative data to benchmark foodpanda within the quick commerce/food delivery industry
• Developing innovative insights to inform our strategies
• Formulating strategies to build and retain our market position across APAC
• Collaborating with regional and in-market leaders to execute these strategies
• Supporting senior management as a thought leader/internal consultant on other projects

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership over your projects and long-term goals
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with colleagues while staying direct and honest in your communication with them
• Curious, with a strong desire to understand strategy, operations, and break down ambiguous problem statements
• High integrity, having a willingness to examine your own thought processes, weaknesses and mistakes
• Analytical skills including proficiency in Excel, familiarity with SQL (Python, Tableau or other skills are a bonus)
• 3-7 years of experience in a management consulting, e-commerce, platform or consumer internet role
