JOB REQUIREMENTS -At least Post Graduate Diploma in the field of Culinary Arts, Food Management, Food Science, Food Management, Food Technology or other relevant courses. -At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. -Only Malaysian Citizens and PR need to apply. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide excellent food quality and service to maximize outlet profitability. - Monitor staff\xe2\x80\x99s attendance, leave, attitude and performance. - Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. - Comply with all health and safety regulations. - Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
