Oversee the entire tenant management function and ensure smooth tenant relationships.
Lead and manage the customer service and tenant management team.
Develop and implement tenant management policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Handle high-level tenant issues, disputes, and negotiations.
Plan and execute tenant engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Liaise with building owners, facility management, leasing team, and other stakeholders.
Monitor tenant satisfaction levels, track KPIs, and produce monthly management reports.
Review and approve tenant communication materials.
Support leasing teams during tenant onboarding and handover processes.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and tenant service quality.
Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
