Strategy and Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor & ensure inbound, inventory and outbound productivity and accuracy by working closely with 3PL by joining shop floor meetings and other communication meeting \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all planned warehouse KPIs and 3PL performance are within target range and communicate the feedbacks to 3PL \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance to MBPLAP warehouse management to ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks by having daily task planning and update \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that 3PL monitors the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse and assure the warehouse equipment are maintained \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure 3PL operations is align with defined scope of work and contract \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with 3PL to develop, review, maintain, implement and ensure ISO compliance for the warehouse \xe2\x80\xa2 Decision making on process and issue escalated by the MBPLAP team and by 3PL \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure planned MBPLAP warehouse team daily and weekly task is align and update on any issue \xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly meeting with MBPLAP warehouse team to create a room for constructive feedback and key performance indicator review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous process optimization and standardization as well as control, coordination and exchange with respective stakeholders regarding relevant process standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure integrity and compliance laws communicated with the team and comply on both company and local government policies. Management Report: \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of KPIs & Reports to be presented to the MBPLAP Management team \xe2\x80\xa2 Operation cost monitoring and preparation of team\xe2\x80\x99s KPI and 3PL KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are align with management goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address mitigating shop floor issues at management meeting.
