The successful candidate is responsible for liaising with Business Units and IT Department to gather and analyze user requirements for Payments and Remittances . Key Responsibilities: Liaise with Business Units and IT to gather, analyze and evaluate user requirements for Payments and Remittances & system enhancements. Prepare test plan, test scope for UAT and related tests for Payments and Remittances applications. Provide first-level support and trouble-shooting of problems for Payments and Remittances applications. Update documentation of User\'s manuals, system related functionalities & workflow processes for Payments and Remittances and other system/user related parameters. Conduct of Payments and Remittances system health-check for other activities related to IT projects/initiatives for Payments and Remittances. Prepare training materials and conduct training for system applications as and when required. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Business Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent. At least 3-4 years of working experience in a banking and financial institution with specialization in credit or branch operations. Experience in user acceptance testing and planning is preferable. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization. PC literate with knowledge in AS400 Query utility, SQL Query, Silverlake Retail Banking system and Microsoft Office Appliances. Possess analytical and critical thinking. Strong team spirit player with a positive attitude and having the drive to improve processes.
