:1. Oversee overall quality and output of packing line and ensure customer requirement is met.2. Review daily, weekly and monthly plan of packing.3. Oversee manpower, machine utilization, process control and operation effectiveness and efficiency.4. Establish, coordination and execution of departmental KPI action plan in align with company target.5. Establish, maintain, review and update procedures, checklist, forms, records and other relevant documents as required.6. Prepare reports on packing output, gloves inventory and other relevant process efficiency measurement to upper management.7. Establish, coordination and execution of packing improvement plan.8. Review and update the quality system procedures.9. Monitor, control and report overall gloves inventory.10. Manage gloves inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipment and stock level.11. Any other related duties that may be given by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree level and/or higher in related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment preferable with glove packing department.
Good problem solving and leadership skills.
Computer literate - i.e., MS Excel, Words, Power Point, Graph & Trending Chart.
Well verse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
