About the job Packing Manager

Our client is a well-established and leading manufacturer for disposable medical gloves, with over 25 years of history in glove design and manufacturing. As part of their growth plan, they are looking for an experienced Packing Manager who is familiar with all aspects of Packing functions in the glove industry, to be based at \xef\xbb\xbfKerteh Biopolymer Park, Terengganu (accommodation is provided).\xef\xbb\xbf

s:

• \xef\xbb\xbfTo manage and monitor the Packing function of the company.
• To ensure the smooth running of packing line, which will enable the Packing target to be achieved.
• To set-up and maintain the control system in Packing floor, especially documents control and working procedures.
• To provide the management with necessary and reliable reports, related to Packing capacity, efficiency, and productivity.
• To ensure the Packing floors are properly staffed, and reshuffle when necessary.
• To ensure of proper and safe handling of the equipment, tools and carry out maintenance accordingly to schedule.
• To initiate/participate in Quality Improvement Program and Cost Reduction Program related to Packing.
• To plan and assign actual work sequence to subordinates.
• To promote a spirit of unit and teamwork within section.
• To manage risk and opportunity to achieve an effective IMS.
• To maintain low stock of loose gloves.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in any fields
• ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 experience.
• Able to plan, organize and control all activities and personnel.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management role in manufacturing field.
• Strong Leadership, planning, management skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin is advantageous.

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri | 8:30am - 5:30pm

RM 12,000 and above (depending on experience)
