This role involves collaboration with top research centers, including the Fraunhofer Institute and the German Aerospace Center (DLR).Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary research team.
- Drive innovative research projects in energy, fuel cells, gasification, carbon capture, and AI.
- Foster collaborations with leading research institutions such as the Fraunhofer Institute and DLR.
- Recruit and develop top talent in the field.
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of research outcomes.
- Travel internationally for collaboration and project assignments, including Germany, Bali, and Paris.Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing research teams.
- Expertise in energy technologies, fuel cells, gasification, carbon capture, and AI.
- Strong network and collaboration skills with leading research institutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
