As a bilingual Customer Support Consultant, you will provide first-class customer service to clients via phone call, live chat, and e-mail. You are also expected to:

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via Mandarin and English language;
  • Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues;
  • Adhere to client-defined processes and procedures and company policies;
  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements;
  • Meet pre-determined targets; and
  • Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests and actions taken.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English language
  • Earned a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Willing to serve the US market
Working Hours
5 working days rotational | 12 am - 6 pm (9 hours a day; follow US hours to serve that market)

Remuneration
Total Package up to MYR 5,000
