Requirements
Job position : Telecom Customer Service Executive
- Shift : 5 days a week, 9 hours a day ( 24 hour Rotational )
- Working hours : 8 hours of work + 1 hours of break
- Location : Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara , Petaling Jaya ( Near Ara Damansara LRT )
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a minimum requirement
- No experience needed with Training provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic and easy customer service support regarding ( Telecom ) industry
- Handle inbound calls & emails
- Assist with customers enquiries on Telecom Onboarding process
- Annual leave and Medical leave
