Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese is required
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer Support: Manage inbound inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, including those related to driver or delivery partner performance, service quality, and order discrepancies.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Policy Communication: Clearly communicate any changes in service policies, terms, or conditions to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment to meet KPI targets and SLA requirements.
