You'll be the hero behind the screen, ensuring our players have an amazing experience by solving their issues and answering their questions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer support through digital channels (e.g., live chat, email). Be a problem-solving pro, diagnosing issues, troubleshoot, and resolve player inquiries efficiently. Escalate complex issues through the proper channels while maintaining clear communication. Manage multiple tasks with ease across different software systems.

Are You the One? (Requirements):

Fluent in Mandarin & English

- this is essential! At least

1 year of experience

in customer service or a call center. A tech-savvy multitasker, comfortable with MS Office and other apps. You

own a laptop

and have

solid internet

for seamless work-from-home. Willingness to work on

rotational shift

(including weekends/holidays).
