As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing expert assistance and building rapport through online channels. You will utilize your skills to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality customer support via digital channels for a premier mobile gaming client. Multitask efficiently across multiple computer systems and platforms. Apply active listening and probing questions to accurately identify and resolve customer issues. Utilize templated solutions and knowledge bases to provide timely and accurate information. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Essential:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

Mandarin & English

. A language fluency test will be required. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is required. Familiarity with or interest in the mobile gaming industry is highly advantageous. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate several systems simultaneously; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is essential. Must possess a personal laptop/computer and a reliable, high-speed internet connection. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be willing and able to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
