Requirements

• At least a Diploma in any discipline but have strong interest in teaching. Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent will have an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills - spoken and written Mandarin is a MUST
• Relevant experience teaching Mandarin in early childhood setting will be an added advantage
• Candidates without prior early childhood experience are encouraged to apply as training and mentorship will be provided
• High motivation to promote children's learning and development
• Bubbly and energetic personality
• Love, care, passion and patience with children

Responsibilities

• To be at the designated center to start classes on time
• Engage in lesson planning and implementation, preparation of teaching materials, and classroom environment to ensure effective teaching and learning for children
• To engage and keep parents informed on the children's progress
• To maintain hygiene, health, safety, supervision and security standards pertaining to children's care and well-being
• To work with the center's colleagues to organize, participate, and support the Centre's curriculum events, marketing events and required training
• Any other duties assigned by the Centre Academic Managers
