Responsibilities
- Summer Academy leads the children to become independent, social, expressive and Love Learning!
- Teachers work as a team to make learning fun and receive the trainings and support on how to create Magic in the classrooms.
- Our teachers are role-models for our students through their kindness, communication skills, and obvious love for life and learning.
- We provide extensive Trainings for the Teachers such as Personality Profiling, Communication approaches with students, Class management, how to develop creativity in the students, how to use your own strengths as a teacher, how to identify talent and nurture talents in children and more!
- We have a culture of Loving, Fun and Teamwork amongst Creative teachers
- We provide trainings/ coachings, and a loving work environment.
