- Able to speak, read & write English and Mandarin is a MUST (need to conduct interview in Mandarin). Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated individuals who can connect and build relationships with talents and stakeholders.
- A team player who enjoys meeting people, sales driven, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Specialize in providing human resource consulting services - talent acquisition, management, development and career progression.
- Source for best fit candidates through hiring databases, job portals, and social media.
- Perform niche market research, market mapping and focused headhunting in specific talent pools.
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates.
- Develop strong professional relations with clients, candidates and other important stakeholders.
- Develop and improvise recruiting methods to attract potential talents.
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
- Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities
- Hybrid Work Mode (2 Days Work From Office, 3 Days Work From Home)
