- A Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or something related.
- At least 3 years working in HR, with stories of how you\'ve made a difference.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A deep understanding of employment laws and experienced in recruitment.
- Excellent communicator, patient, flexible, and someone who carries a can-do spirit in their toolkit.
- Working days: 5 days a week
- Craft creative positions to attract the most suitable talent that will not just fill the position but build the team.
- Represent the company at social events, converting every interaction into a possible hire.
- Exquisitely handle the entire recruitment cycle - from sourcing for candidates to the final decision, making sure the smooth and easy process for the candidate.
- Oversee our HR landscape, from policy development to compliance, ensuring we\'re not just adhering to best practices but setting them.
- Utilize previous experience and knowledge to handle any HR related issues by resolving any issues encountered with the proper process while maintaining a satisfaction and productivity in the workplace
- Salary range: RM5,000 to RM7,000
