- Working Location in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the client's values with a positive and professional attitude.
- Customer Support: Assist with online orders through phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments securely, safeguarding customer and financial data.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address concerns and escalate when necessary.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and improve the customer experience.
