Job Description


  • Working 24/7 (9 hours), Between Monday to Sunday 5 working days, 2 days off
  • Working Location in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
Responsibilities
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the client\'s values with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Customer Support: Assist with online orders through phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payments securely, safeguarding customer and financial data.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address concerns and escalate when necessary.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and improve the customer experience.
