Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Communicate with customers and internal teams in

basic English and Chinese

. Use

Google Sheets

and

Microsoft Excel

for data entry, tracking, and processing. Manage communication through

email

professionally and promptly. Handle

HRDF claims

and ensure proper documentation. Manage and operate the

MR DISC platform

. Provide customer service and deliver accurate information to customers. Utilize

automation tools

to improve workflow efficiency. Use

Canva

to create simple visuals or documents. Conduct basic

data analysis

to support business decisions. Maintain organized work files and documentation. Operate the

HRMS system

to support daily HR and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements



Proficient in

English and Chinese

communication. Basic knowledge of

Google Sheets

and

Microsoft Excel

. Familiar with

Canva

for basic design tasks (e.g., posters, templates). Strong communication skills and a good team player. Basic understanding of

data analysis

. Hardworking, willing to learn, and carries a positive work attitude. Clear and friendly speaking voice for customer interactions. Able to work

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

(in-office).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
