Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to drive online sales and manage digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in e-commerce platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand presence. Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar. Oversee day-to-day e-commerce and marketing operations across platforms such as Webstore, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok, and others. Create engaging content including text, images, and video aligned with the company's brand identity. Liaise with marketing partners, web agencies, advertising companies, and printing vendors. Manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent online customer service. Monitor performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights. Perform ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. Experience in the Hair & Beauty industry is an advantage. Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as SiteGiant, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and similar. Proven ability to manage online marketplaces and analyze data for performance optimization. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team player. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
